What we do
Matrikula handles the import and registration in Spain of vehicles coming from other countries, and the search for and purchase of vehicles in Germany. Applications to the Spanish traffic authority (DGT) are filed through a licensed administrative agent (gestor administrativo colegiado).

About the figures
Tax amounts, timelines and savings shown on the site are estimates for guidance. The final registration tax is assessed by the authorities using the average price tables published in the BOE, Spain's official gazette, and the change-of-residence exemption depends on deadlines and on proof of deregistration in the country of origin. The sample cases are not real customers, and they are labelled as such.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and code of matrikula.es belong to the owner or are used under licence. They may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. Vehicle brands mentioned belong to their owners and are named only to identify the models.
